SENATE BILL NO. 164 "An Act relating to the salmon product                                          
development tax credit; providing for an effective date by amending                                 
an effective date in sec. 7, ch. 57, SLA 2003; and providing for an                                 
effective date" was read the second time.                                                           
                                                                                                    
Senator Green, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 1208.                                  
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 164(FIN) was                                              
adopted.                                                                                            
                                                                                                    
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 164(FIN) will                                       
be on the May 2 calendar.
